The ECOVACS Product Security Response Center is established by ECOVACS Home Robots Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ECOVACS”) with the aim of enhancing the information security of its products and business systems. ECOVACS attaches great importance to information security and fully recognizes the significant value of security researchers and the security community in improving ECOVACS’ security capabilities. ECOVACS encourages security researchers to report security vulnerabilities existing in ECOVACS products or services. For confirmed valid vulnerabilities, we will provide appropriate recognition and rewards based on the severity and quality of the vulnerabilities.

       Please read and comply with the ECOVACS Product Security User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement is made between you (the vulnerability reporter) and ECOVACS to govern the conduct of submitting security vulnerabilities related to ECOVACS products and services through official channels. You must carefully read and fully understand all provisions of the Agreement, especially those concerning limitation and exemption of liability, applicable law and dispute jurisdiction. The aforementioned clauses may be highlighted in bold or other prominent forms for your special attention and understanding.

       You are not authorized to participate in this program unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
Your participation in this program and submission of vulnerabilities to ECOVACS shall constitute your acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, the ECOVACS Product Security Privacy Policy, and any subsequently released agreements, business rules or policies related to this program.
